Distributed teams are now the norm, but getting people together in person is still hard. How do you bring a team in Bogotá, Mexico City, Madrid or Bucharest into one room? What works for events, team days and onboarding when there's no office nearby? We'll swap notes over a good breakfast.
No presentations, no pitches. Just an honest conversation between peers, done by 10 am.
