Building the Right AI-Centric Growth Enablers for Your Next Stage.
You have delivered an early product, attracted customers or meaningful user engagement, and raised some money to keep going towards a larger investment. But early traction does not automatically produce a scalable company. Besides the product, what's very important to think about next?
For starters, what's most important to systematize? Where can applied AI create genuine operating leverage? When should you add people — but now with AI — when should you perhaps employ better systems instead?
How do you turn founder-led momentum into repeatable revenue, operational visibility and disciplined growth?
This interactive funded founder event is designed for early-stage CEOs confronting these decisions. Rather than a conventional panel, attendees will be divided into three smaller groups and rotate through three focused interactive informative, discussion and demonstration sessions, each anchored by an experienced technology CEO and a proposed critical pillar for growth readiness.
1. Systematize Control: Make the Company Visible
Led by Elisabeth Bykoff, founder and CEO of Boxsy, this session focuses on the operational discipline expected for raising serious investment. Attendees will explore how AI can help connect fundraising, cash visibility, KPIs, investor communication, board preparation and operating priorities—giving founders a clearer command center before fragmented spreadsheets, disconnected tools and organizational complexity take control.
2. Systematize Demand: Build Repeatable GTM for B2B
Led by Pere Codina, co-founder and CEO of PlayGTM, this session explores how founders can turn early customer knowledge and founder-led selling into a coordinated, AI-enabled go-to-market system. Attendees will examine how to clarify their ideal customer, value proposition and revenue economics—and then apply AI across campaigns, outreach, content, follow-up and revenue operations to scale demand without prematurely scaling headcount.
3. Systematize Scale: Make Better Growth Decisions
Led by Hans Bukow, serial technology entrepreneur and CEO of Globiant, this session addresses the larger founder decisions that determine whether growth creates durable value or expensive complexity. Drawing on decades of experience raising venture capital and building technology companies and international operations from founder to IPO, Hans will help founders using AI to consider what to outsource-delegate, when to hire vs AI build, how to grow management capacity and consider growth leverage opportunities are strategically justified.
The three groups will rotate through all three pillars, allowing every attendee to engage directly with each CEO, examine practical examples and discuss their own company’s next-stage challenges.
The event will conclude with the leaders bringing the groups together to connect the pillars into a prioritized AI-centric growth framework:
**Sell systematically. Operate visibly. Scale deliberately.**
Attendees will leave with a better understanding of:
* Which areas of their company are ready to be systematized with applied AI * Where AI can produce real leverage rather than simply more activity * What should remain founder-led or human-controlled * Which operating capabilities the next stage of business success will demand * How to align GTM, capital, operations and scaling decisions around a common growth model
This is not an event about collecting more AI tools and skills. It is an interactive session about building the right growth enablers at the right time —and using AI thoughtfully to transform early traction and some recently raised capital into a more valuable, scalable, and professionally managed company ... what will get you to the next level.
