Twenty founders take the stage. Each gets two minutes to demo what they’ve built, earn investor conviction, and compete for prizes.
Pitch or NGMI is a founder-first live pitch competition during SF Tech Week, built for startups applying AI to the physical world. We are selecting 20 standout companies across industrial technology, climate, infrastructure, construction, real estate, energy, robotics, and other hard-to-digitize industries.
Each founder gets two minutes to pitch and demo what they have built to a panel of active venture investors and industry leaders. No ten-minute decks. No drawn-out panels. Just a sharp product story, a live audience, direct feedback, and one winner taking home prizes.
The morning will bring together 100+ founders, investors, operators, and corporate innovation leaders at the Mind the Bridge Innovation Center in downtown San Francisco.

Last year, our Bagels & Breakthroughs event drew 300+ registrations for 80 available spots, packed the room with founders, and featured five seed-stage investors. The event was highlighted by a16z Tech Week across its social channels and newsletter.
