/ About this event

Building the Right AI-Centric Growth Enablers for Your Next Stage

You have delivered an early product/offering with big market potential (not the focus here), attracted customers or meaningful user engagement, and raised enough capital to keep building toward a larger investment. But early traction— and some early financing—does not automatically produce a scalable, venture-ready company.

What should you systematize next? Where can applied agents create genuine operating leverage? When should you add people, and when should you first build better systems? How do you turn founder-led momentum into repeatable revenue, operating visibility, stronger customer relationships all leading to fundable disciplined growth?

This practical execution oriented event is designed for funded early-stage CEOs preparing to move beyond initial traction toward professional venture investment - we code named this crossing the "ScaleBridge".

SCHEDULE

11:00-11:30 — Networking and lunch starts 11:30-Noon — Panel: Beyond early traction to Venture Funded Repeatable GTM, AI-COO, Agentic Client Facing/Support: Noon-12:30 — Round-1 of 3 topic rotation 12:30-1:00 — Round-2 of 3 topic rotation 1:00-1:30 — Round-3 of 3 topic rotation 1:30 — Close

Hans Bukow of Globiant/AmerEU will open and moderate a quick panel discussion about what startups need to advance from early funding and good market validation towards venture backing - especially in today's capital raise environment.

Attendees will then divide into three smaller groups and rotate through three sustainable growth "pillars" sessions. Each session combines practical education, discussion and demonstrations around a critical area of growth readiness.

1. Systematize Demand: Building a Repeatable Go-to-Market System

Led by Pere Codina, co-founder and CEO of PlayGTM, this session examines how founders can turn early customer learning and founder-led selling into a coordinated, AI-enabled revenue system.

Attendees will explore how to sharpen their ideal customer profile, value proposition and revenue economics—and then use AI across campaigns, outreach, content, follow-up and revenue operations. The objective is not simply to generate more activity, but to build a repeatable system for acquiring the right customers without prematurely scaling grunt work headcount.

2. Systematize Operations: Create an Agentic COO and Make the Company Ops Visible

Led by Elisabeth Bykoff, founder and CEO of Boxsy, this session focuses on the operating discipline expected of a company preparing to raise serious institutional capital.

Attendees will explore how an agentic COO can connect cash visibility, KPIs, fundraising, investor communication, board preparation and operating priorities. The goal is to give founders a clearer command center before fragmented spreadsheets, disconnected tools and dis-organizational complexity take control.

3. Systematize Client Support: Turn Every Customer Interaction into Growth Intelligence

Led by Michael Maximilien of ClawMax, this session explores how customer-facing AI agents can help a growing company deliver more responsive, consistent and scalable client support. Deeply understanding what your clients want helps assure more success.

But better support is only the beginning. Michael will show how properly designed agents can resolve customer needs while converting each interaction into structured evidence for product, retention and market-growth decisions.

The three groups of attendees will rotate through all three sessions, giving every attendee the opportunity to engage directly with Pere, Elisabeth and Michael, absorb the practical examples and apply derived ideas to their own company.

Together, the sessions create a practical and critical beginning to your AI-era growth framework:

Generate demand systematically. Operate visibly. Support customers intelligently.

Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of:

- Which parts of their company are core to be systematized with applied AI - How to turn founder-led selling into a repeatable go-to-market engine - How an agentic operating layer can improve visibility and execution - How customer-support agents can deliver service while gathering actionable growth intelligence - Where AI can create meaningful leverage rather than simply more activity - What should remain founder-led or human-controlled - Which capabilities investors will expect as the company approaches its next financing stage - How to align revenue, operations, customer experience and capital around a common fund-able growth model

This is not an event about collecting more AI tools or experimenting with AI agents for its own sake. It is an interactive demonstrable session about building the right agentic complimentary organizational capabilities at the right time—and using AI thoughtfully to turn early traction and early raised capital into a more scalable, professionally managed and investment-ready company.
