He spent 15 years at General Catalyst leading the firm's seed strategy, backing companies like Discord, Snap, Remote, and Mercor as an early, non-obvious bet before they became household names. Niko is known for partnering with first-time and very young technical founders.
Pramod Sharma is the Founder & CEO of Napkin AI, a generative-AI startup turning text into visuals. Before Napkin, he spent 8 years at Google and then founded Osmo, the hands-on learning system that fused physical play with the iPad, growing it into a $100 million ARR business as an early, non-obvious bet on tactile, screen-based education - before it was acquired by Byju's for $120 million. Pramod is known for building playful, unconventional products as a first-generation, engineering-led founder.
