This is a 90-minute working session, not a lecture. A room of managers with the same job as you, working on what's actually on your plate.
WHO IT'S FOR: Managers and team leads taking a team through AI rollouts, restructuring, new systems, fast growth, or priorities that keep shifting. People leaders holding the team's worries while still accountable for delivery.

COME WITH: One real situation you're leading through right now. We work solo first, then in pairs where your partner listens and doesn't advise, then in small groups of five. What's said in the room stays in the room.
