/ About this event
We are living through rapid shifts in how we work, lead, relate, and make decisions. AI is accelerating some of those changes, but the deeper questions are human ones.
What do we want technology to make easier? What kinds of judgment, care, creativity, responsibility, and relationship do we want to protect? And how might the systems we build change when we treat those human capacities as part of the infrastructure, not as an afterthought?
In this interactive session, we’ll explore those questions through four elemental lenses: earth, water, fire, and air.
We’ll begin with a guided practice designed to help participants experience each element within themselves and notice the emotions, instincts, and ways of relating that emerge.
From there, participants will work in small groups to respond to a shared systems-change challenge. Each group will approach the same problem through a different elemental lens.
As we work, we’ll pay attention to how we feel, listen, disagree, influence one another, make decisions, and respond when different values or perspectives come into tension.
We’ll explore what becomes possible when a system is shaped by multiple ways of being rather than a single perspective.
You’ll leave with:
-A deeper language for understanding how emotion shapes decision-making and change
-Four practical lenses for recognizing different relational strengths, needs, and ways of solving problems
-Tools for creating healthier emotional and relational conditions within teams and organizations
